Use this software to calculate the optimum amount of DNA for the recombination reaction.

1. Select the reaction type in the upper left selection box. If the experiment type is‘Multi-Fragment Assembly’or‘Multi-Point Mutations’, please select the number of inserts or mutation sites in the pop-up selection box on the right.
